Our home was badly damaged in the Malibu wildfires in December 2024.  We got Tim to handle our claim to the insurance company because we were claiming over half a million dollars in repairs and knew insurance companies can look for reasons to avoid paying claims, so we wanted it done properly.  Tim prepared a really thorough claim submission for us.  He came to the house and personally took photos to include, looked at the damage personally, and sat down and explained the whole insurance claims process to us.

When the insurance company only agreed to pay for part of the damage because of an exclusion in the policy, Tim wrote them a detailed letter referring to the policy and cases. He ended up getting them to pay the full cost of the damage plus reimbursement for when we had to stay at a hotel while the repairs were being done.  It was a better result than we could have hoped for.

Tim was very knowledgable about how our insurance policy worked and exactly how to deal with the insurance company.  If it wasn’t for Tim, the insurance company would never have paid for our house repairs.  We are extremely grateful for his work and for getting us such a good result and would highly recommend him to anyone dealing with their insurance company to get their claim paid.
