I’m the host of my own sports podcast.  Last year I was sued by a record label for using a sample from a classic song in the intro to my podcast.  I hired Tim to defend me in the lawsuit.  Tim explained the law about using copyrighted materials, what my best defenses were, and he came up with a strategy for getting me out of the lawsuit. 

Tim prepared my defense and also filed a motion to dismiss, which he won!  

He constantly kept me updated while he was dealing with the other lawyer. Tim was aggressive and took no crap from this other guy.  He was calm and collected and knew how to handle the pressure they were putting on us.  Tim just had the situation under control.

Tim knew the court system and knew the law back-to-front and what arguments to make to get the lawsuit dismissed.  And it worked.  The lawsuit was an extremely stressful time for me.  Knowing that Tim had it under control was priceless.
